Enrollment

Eligibility and enrollment to the Kelly's Kids Center are managed through Spartanburg County First Steps Early Head Start.

Through a partnership with Spartanburg County Early Head Start, Kelly’s Kids can now go outside the border of Spartanburg County to serve children who are deaf/hard-of-hearing or blind/visually impaired.

Children who qualify are placed on a waiting list unless a current opening exists.
