Applied Academic teachers send posters to SCSDB graduates
SCSDB’s digital arts students enjoy designing posters for graduating seniors every year. The posters are then displayed at graduation. But, this year was very different.
Because distance learning began in mid-March, the students were unable to complete this spring project. Teachers in the Applied Academic Center did not want to see their seniors miss the tradition and stepped up to complete the posters. Then, they made sure the posters were delivered to principals who added them to end-of-year packets.
Seniors received the posters along with yearbooks, trophies, and awards. The seniors also received a personalized senior sign and gift card from the school’s foundation.
Take a look at the great posters honoring our seniors!
