Independence Community Living Skills

Our team of specialized professionals is committed to enabling each student to live as independently as possible. Students are taught to advocate for themselves and others. 

Career exploration begins in the early grades, and students learn important concepts such as:

  • Personal health
  • Time and money management
  • Use of technology and electronic equipment 
  • Contributing to the community
  • Leisure time activities

High school seniors receive transition instruction in areas such as:

  • Housing
  • Assistive services
  • Budgeting
  • Applying for college
