The Kelly’s KidsChildDevelopmentCenterprovides services for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years.
Located on the Spartanburg campus, the program provides quality, individualized care to eligible children who are deaf, blind, multi-sensory disabled and typically developing.

Prepare children to enter SC School for the Deaf and the Blind campus programs or local school districts
There is no cost to eligible families
Diapers, formula, snacks and meals are provided
There is a 1 to 4 teacher-child ratio
Mixed ages in each classroom allow for a family atmosphere
The Kelly’s Kids Program is a partnership between the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind and Spartanburg County First Steps Early Head Start. The program is dedicated to the success of infants, toddlers and their families in the Spartanburg community.
The Kelly’s Kids Program was established in 2007 as a partnership between the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind and Spartanburg County First Steps Early Head Start. The Kelly’s KidsCenter is named in memory of Marcia Hastay Kelly who dedicated her career to the education of children with disabilities.
