    The SC School for the Deaf and the Blind’s Early Intervention Program was established in 1984 with funding from the state Legislature. Since then, the program has served approximately 15,000 children ages birth to 3 with sensory disabilities across the state of South Carolina.


    The Early Intervention Program is a partner of the South Carolina First Stepsprogram and BabyNetand is in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act.
