Early Childhood Education Services Overview 

The SC School for the Deaf and the Blind offers the following early childhood outreach services: 

• Early Intervention Services throughout the state for families of children ages birth through age 5 
  
  
• Kelly's Kids Early Childhood Education Program on the main campus in Spartanburg for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old
