Possible volunteer opportunities at the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind include classroom assistants, clerical assistants, tutors, and athletic and special event helpers. Volunteer positions are available Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Volunteer assignments may be short term or long term, depending on the volunteer’s schedule and availability.

To apply for a volunteer position at the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind, SCSDB Volunteer Application. Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and applicants will be contacted if a position becomes available in their area of interest. All volunteer applicants are required to undergo background screening.
