Overview

The SC Interagency Deaf-Blind Project (SCIDB) assists parents, teachers and other service providers address the unique needs of children and young adults, from birth to 21 years of age, who have combined vision and hearing losses. By offering continuity of support from birth through the school years to age 21, the SCIDB Project can improve the quality of early intervention, special education and transition services for children and young adults who are deaf-blind.
