The SC School for the Deaf and the Blind offers free services for the youngest of South Carolina’s citizens.
The Early Intervention Program serves children who are blind, deaf or sensory multi-disabled, and their parents, throughout the state.
Kelly’s Kids Child Development Center, located on the Spartanburg campus, serves children who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired, or typically developing.
