also a graduate of Spartanburg Community College (SCC) through SCSDB’s Cooperative
Program with the college. He earned an
overall grade point average of 3.85, was on the President’s List and received the
Life Scholarship and scholarships from both the Spartanburg Lions Club and the
Mauldin Lions Club.

Education named SCSDB a Palmetto Gold School for its academic accomplishments
and a Red Carpet School for its outstanding customer service.
SCSDB is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the
Conference of Educational Administrators of Schools and Programs for the Deaf
and the SC Department of Education.
